They always seem to make me smile here. 
I don't typically order a complicated coffee here but the Venti vanilla sweet cream cold brew is pretty good and is made within a couple minutes. No long lines or wait and very courteous employees

This is my favorite Starbucks by far. The staff is amazing, friendly, and knows my favorite drinks and recommends new ones. Several staff know me by name and drink. However, this morning I was handed my Grande Flat White Quad 2 Pump Vanilla looking like this. It was sticky and messy. I expect more from this store and this company as well. I'm a gold member and pick up a coffee every morning on my way to work in Tulsa. I wish I had had time this morning to let them correct it and make it right, but when you're going through the drive through it's not that simple. I'm disappointed in this nearly $7 drink I paid for this morning.

I like Starbucks. My last visit to this store (Glenpool, OK) was not very good. The worst pumpkin spice latte I have ever had.

Love the Verona coffee! If you ask them to make you a cup of Verona the employees get upset or refuse to make it.
