Slow service.  No one offered to take order oracknowledged you were waiting for over 3 minutes.  People 3 people that ordered after me got the order first.  No explanation, no sorry for the wait, just here you go attitude.  The drive through had always been fast, so surprised at how slow the inside was.

The staff here is excellent, always willing to help you get exactly what you want. This store is always clean. Lot's of regular come in daily.

I would do zero stars but I had to tap one to leave a review. I come to Lexington to shop and always go to this Starbucks and every time I ask myself why??? Literally every time I come here it’s always a problem. The drive through line is a ridiculously long wait. I go to Starbucks all the time in different cities and this is by far the worst service ever!! We waited in line today a minimum of 20 minutes and pull up to the window for them to tell me they were out of what was needed to make my ice coffee.

Great Starbucks, come here all the time and have only had one drink ever made wrong and even when that happened they were on it. Taylor who works front is especially awesome! Always remembers me! Thanks

That's the LAST horrible beverage I will be served at this location. Slow and sloppy is no way to run your shop.
