A little slow at opening up in the morning but the staff is friendly for the most part. Coffee was fresh and service was prompt. I do however, prefer that if I ask for one sugar and light cream, that I not be instructed "to help myself at the condiment bar." Nice downtown location. Good Internet connection. Quiet and conducive for work or study.

Good fast service typical Starbucks coffee. If you're a tourist explore the local Billings coffee options! Starbucks is good but they have enough money ..

If your in the downtown area and need a good cup coffee and snack it's a good stop.

It's just nice to go, sit back and enjoy a beautifully active location in downtown Billings.
