I walked into this store hoping to calm my ravenous brood of girls with some Starbucks treats, did not happen. You can cut the tension in this place with a knife. I don't remember being welcomed and the man who took my order couldn't have been more rude. He communicated to me with his actions that he was above serving me. He was so condescending that I did not even believe him when he told me that he could not sell me lemon pound cake from the display case. I thought he was lying to me and so I asked another employee. To be honest, he came off as racist. I was so turned off by the experience that nothing she could have told me would have caused me to stay. This place is by far the best looking Starbucks I've seen in town yet it's customer service does it no justice. Thank God for the 1033 S Fort Hood St. location, they were fantastic and a great comeback from this sub-standard store. They quickly restored my interest in Starbucks.

Nice people, but very slow. We waited 10min in the drive through and there was only 2cars in front of us on a Sunday morning.

I've been in this Starbucks several times trying to give them a chance. I have worked for Starbucks before so I have somewhat general understanding of how things should work. The employees tend to be dismissive and or serious Attitude when asking questions or if there is an issue with the drink, this is a very nice store in appearance BUT is ALWAYS dirty  crumbs, stickyness and nats EVERYWHERE!! Bathrooms are dirty, urine stains on the toilet seats, and a dried puddle if urine on the floor on front of the toilet! Get it together Clear Creek Starbucks!!!

This store is always neat and clean.  For a while there, there seemed to be some issues with disorganization and a bratty worker. Hearing her snide comments was not appealing. One time she complained about a customer ordering a hit tea drink when it was hot outside.  I didn't go there for a while for those reasons but everything seems to be back in order and going smoothly again!

   Yes staff is very friendly, but it would be nice if they can make drinks correctly as ordered.
   This is not the first time they've made mistakes on a order too include my own drinks.
   Starbucks corporate should send someone here as a customer to see what I mean, a change of staff or some retaining may fix the situation.
   I travel a lot and go to Starbucks a lot this location is the worst Starbucks I've been to other than Oakland California.
