No complaint on my part, I ordered a regular coffee sat down to work and have since gotten up once for a refill. However, in the few hours I’ve been sitting here literally almost every other order served at the bar has been prepared incorrectly, late, or not until the confused customer asks about it. It’s been a comical show to watch one confused customer after the other try to figure out if that tall drink on the bar with their name is actually theirs since they ordered a grande, or whether or not this is what a pumpkin spice latte is actually supposed to taste like, where there whipped cream is or why it has a dome-full of cream when they asked for no whip. And my personal favorite, 15 minutes of watching drive through orders being made only to ask about their drink after someone they know for certain came in after them served before they are. I wish I could add a time lapse of these poor people.

Oh my, this is, by far, the worst Starbucks I've ever visited.  The employees are unprofessional, not even in uniform, they didn't know their own menu or how to make the drinks.  Got one coffee, then the other half of my order 6 mins later...the same drink!
This will be the first time I ever have called a corporate office to warn them how bad a store is ruining their brand and image.
Do yourself a favor, go to a grocery store and buy a bottle of coffee, you'll be happier.

Absolutely amazing. This place is great, and the staff were so so SO nice to my daughter. She ordered a custom drink, just spitting out ingredients and LeAnne made her a Bad ass drink! Then said it was on the her. Absolutely amazing.

I have always had a good experience at this Starbucks but today was exceptional!!!  I was in there earlier today and I had left my wallet without any knowledge until about 3-31/2 hours later... If not for Mallory that works there I may not have had my wallet and all my belongings again!! What a wonderful person she is I tried offering her something for helping me and she wouldn't take it. She about had me in tears because she was so kind!! I pray the Lord blesses her and watches over her and I just want to thank Mallory of Starbucks on 66 again for her kindness and for locking my wallet up so no one would get it!!   God Bless You ❤🌼

The barista didn't take our names. It was clean and well stocked. Clean restrooms.
