I loved this Starbucks! It's a bit busy compared to others, but it has this very neat charm and most the staff are very friendly and quick of service. 

Sadly when it does get slow, so does some of the staff, the females mostly in the day/evening times take a very very long time. If you can get past that slowness of some of the female staff, than this place is golden for Starbucks lovers and fans, because you have this amazing view of the fountain and the historic buildings all around you, while you watch every bustling on the sidewalks. Also is conveniently quiet when there are large events in the Pullman square area, but expect that line to be there. ^_^

I am a big Starbucks fan and I have been for many years.  I come here at least once a day and sometimes twice a day.  Normally, I will ask for either light ice or no ice in my drink, and every time I asked for no ice they fill my cup up with coffee usually to the brim.   A lot of times they do this without question. However, today I asked for a no ice, and they gave me just a little over a half a cup of coffee,  leaving the whole top portion of the cup empty. This just shows me  that they're putting as much ice as they can into the drinks just to compensate for the little amount of coffee they actually give us. After this situation, I am going to take my business elsewhere and go to different coffee locations instead of Pullman Starbucks, or any Starbucks for that matter.

I love Starbucks, this location and Merritts Creek are great! Marybeth, Ben, Matt, Helen, just ro name a few are the best!!

Their app wasn't working, but I couldn't tell that. The barista immediately made my drink when I let them know I was still waiting on my drink 15 minutes after ordering it.
