Lady at window not friendly at all. Told me the price and that was all for talk. No thank you or anything. Almost threw the drink at me and then turned away. No receipt or smile. Didn't even halfway look at me. They were not busy. My drink was correct at least.

Friendly service but I just can't justify paying $5 for coffee. In my experience with Starbucks for them being a coffee shop they tend to burn the coffee. Maybe its time for new machines?

Rudest barista I've ever come across. We ordered 5 drinks, two of them were incorrect, and when we asked to have them corrected, we got an extremely nasty attitude in response. We were told "cold brew is NOT a latte".... Well, it was an item on your menu, so..... When I received the corrected beverage, it had hair floating in it. I'd suggest a huge improvement in customer service and cleanliness and a decrease in attitude.

This used to be my go to starbucks. One day me and my boyfriend decided to get some coffee so we came to this store. He clear as day said VENTI LATTE for both of our orders. When we got up to the window the girl handed us grande lattes. We quickly corrected her and said we ordered Venti and she said "ok" and walked away. The manager came up and said "there's an upcharge for venti" like ??? so we were nice about it and told her we ordered venti and to let us see our receipt. She exclaimed twice that she had to go back into the computer and get it so we went "go ahead" because we were not about to pay extra for something we thought we already paid for. When the manager brought back the receipt she rudly went "you guys got GRANDE, it says GRANDE right here." like we were children or something. We said ok and paid the extra 50 cents or whatever. This would have not been an issue if these people displayed customer service. I would have never talked like that to a customer in my life. oh, and one time they forgot to put the mocha and expresso in my slated caramel latte. i was literally drinking warm caramel milk. ew.
