Go here if you want to be ripped off! Punk kids don’t fulfill orders and serve Luke warm coffee around 8pm. I ordered a bagel and oatmeal and only got my oatmeal with missing ingridients/toppings multiple times. I figured once was no big deal, it’s now become a common occurrence. Never going here again. Lazy kids working here.

Today I sent my 13 year old into Starbucks to get me a Tall Carmel Macchiato.  He told me he would pay since I brought him to the Outlets to shop.  He came back with my drink. It surely didn't look like a tall! I asked him how much did it cost, he said the charged him $9.25!!! He was totally ripped off and didn't get a recipe, so of course his word against the cashier (girl with pink hair). I am very disappointed that a company would do this to a little kid.  He mows lawns to earn money and should be able to go into a store and not pay almost $10 for a small drink!  I hope my son learned a lesson that not all people are honest and a small drink shouldn't cost him $10.

Slowest baristas ever!  And it's not just a one time occurrence. It's ALL of them!!! Why can't they hire fast, efficient baristas??? It's Starbucks for goodness sake, and all I could see when watching them is them looking at the cups numerous times picking out which ones they want out of the cup line to do first or whatever ! Every time I go , even WITH mobile order, it takes 20 minutes (+!!!!!) to get my drink. Absurd! What happened to mobile order priority anyway? This location needs to clean house.

Stars from me.  This Starbucks is nice and roomy however, in my opinion, the bathrooms should be separated by men and women. Doesn't seem right to me. Service is okay, not too impressive.

Squid got coffee and spilt it all over me. I then passed out from the heat (cause logic) and then got mugged by a squid. Now broke.
