Love their coffee. Dark roast coffee is my favorite type. They never let me down. Don't forget about Jackson Avenue Coffee in Charleston and Common Grounds in Mattoon. Both are excellent locally owned coffee shops.

A good location overall. They often run out of products, but it happens I suppose. But I’m typically very happy with my visits.

They have a great manager, Karen (time of writing, 2017), and some really good long-time baristas. Most of the time you get what you want and they will remember your order after a while. Occasionally a college kid will want to tell you how to order your drink, but that is rare enough that it is just funny. It's a hopping local joint for the glitterati of Charleston and the university folks. The area has been waiting for another 'bux for years and apparently there is one opening in Mattoon (10 west down rte 16) soon if not already.

I always seem to run into some issue. Issues as of late, I will slowly go through my order slowly and the person will have only gotten the size of my drink and that is it, so I then have to repeat my order and something will still be off by the time they try and pass it through the window or I get home. Or I will ask for almond milk in a frappe and it looks like they either forgot and splashed it in half way through pouring the blended mixture back into the cup or they forgot all together. Their store hours are also not visibly placed in the drive thru. Like half the other businesses in town, the hours of operation online are unreliable to go by.  So having that displayed in the drive thru would be helpful.

I visit starbucks twice a day EVERYDAY! My favorite person by far is Corey! He is so sweet and is always smiling. He knows exactly what I want and how to spell my name and that means a lot to me. For him to remember shows he cares. Honestly the nicest person I have met in a long time!
