Without a doubt this is my second most favorite Starbucks that I have had the opportunity to visit in the Upstate. The drinks are almost always on point, the bathrooms and front of house are kept relatively clean and orderly. The staff are kind and helpful. Thanks guys for making this place a great hangout.

The employees at this Starbucks were extremely nice and friendly. All of them seemed to enjoy being there. The cashier was very helpful when it came to us ordering. I live closer to another Starbucks but come to this one for the great service and I've always gotten quick, friendly service no matter how busy they were. They also wanted to make sure that my boyfriend's drink was to his liking!  This is the best Starbucks I've ever been in and I travel to different states but this store out ranks all the others.

We love the atmosphere in here and we often go for mini-dates to this location. The service is always great and the staff are friendly.

I come to this Starbucks at least once a week with my online orders and always have a great experience. However today when I go the older lady at the drive thru window has a nasty attitude as soon as I pull up. Her attitude was so nasty that I just demanded a full refund and then she only refunds my drink so then I again tell her that i need a refund for my sandwich too and she huffs and closes the window and tells the guy beside her. Jonathan on the other hand had a pleasant attitude and was not rude at all. She didn't have a name tag at all. Her dirt poor customer service is why people stop coming to certain establishments. If she doesn't want her job she needs to leave.

Huge Starbucks fan but this location has let me down multiple times. They are always out of everything bagels and this morning when I told the barista that my drink was wrong she replied with “no honey that’s right”. Pretty sure the peach GREEN tea lemonade is GREEN not pink honey.
