Horrible, horrible experience!  
I go to this Starbucks almost every Thursday afternoon en route to my destination in Mill Valley.  Lately, they have an employee who simply cannot take the customers' orders and take their payment in any reasonable time frame!  She is so inefficient that I don't see why the manager doesn't work with her to get her up to SPEED!  Do they not realize that it takes her forever to take an order and get the payment?????  The line backs up, and the barrista cools his heels!
If you have all day to stand in line and wait for a cup of coffee, then go to the Starbucks at 247 Shoreline Hwy.  Otherwise, I would advise you to go elsewhere!

This Starbucks is actually in the Safeway. There is another Starbucks nearby, a nice store located in the next block to the south at 306 Strawberry Village.
