Great service and haven't made a mistake on any of my orders the store can get cramped because it's popular but that my only complaint

Extremely disappointed in this location. I have never really liked coming here, but since it's only three minutes from my house I will occasionally use it for my mobile orders. Today I made a mobile order and it said the wait was 3-8 minutes. I get there and the place is packed with only two workers (which is one of the reasons I never come here). I stand by the mobile pick up and wait for my drink, after ten minutes I try to get the attention of one of the employees, but he never looks my way. Finally after almost 25 minutes of waiting, and once everyone has left, the barista starts my order. You can see him make a face when he sees when the order came in, but when he hands me my drink I don't get a "sorry for the wait" or anything besides him calling out my order. 
There need to be more employees working the closing shift and when mistakes are made something needs to be said. I work in the food industry, I understand what it can be like when you are short staffed and rushed, but this was just ridiculous. Until this location can get more employees to work during the rush, and a better system for their mobile orders, I will not be returning.

Either really busy or dead. Just mobile order if you're in a hurry. Otherwise the longtime staff is super nice and amazing at remembering you (and your order.)

This Starbucks is good in the morning, although they do ignore you, if you have mobile order. 

They are terrible in the afternoon. Something is always wrong in the afternoon.
