Renovations are coming along nicely, place looks great. One major problem though is the attitude of some new employees. The look on their faces and the way they move so slow, makes me feel uncomfortable, and there is a frequent long wait time inside as well as at the drive thru.

This location is under construction, hopefully it will be a better experience once completed. Drive through certainly needs to pick up the pace. Perhaps it's short staffed?

Had to give it 1 star because this system won't allow for less. I would give it minus 5 stars. Waited 30 minutes for oatmeal during that time my coffee and bagel went cold. If these people wouldn't spit in my food I would have complained and ask to make it again. Children of Wilkes Barre, please finish high school so you don't have to serve cold coffee and shed tears when you get home to your studio apartment because you messed up your life.

I have been waiting in the drive through line for 20 minutes and have only moved up two car spots. The service here is not efficient and it is completely unacceptable

Went back in because my order was not correct and overheard the baristas making fun of my name. What's a Kirby? I am, and perhaps if you weren't contemplating my namesake you would have gotten my order correct. Guy behind me in line was still there, heard them call my name when my order was up, and also heard them making fun of it while it was behind them. I suppose I wouldn't be so mad if my coffee was on point.
