I dont really like chain places so the staff can not be blamed. Had a coffee black large it was good as coffee goes cost to much for a coffee and like i said its a chain store not a true coffee hus so 3 stars is all they get. The staff did a good job tho.

As Starbucks go, the staff of this location are friendly and quick. The space doesn't have a great deal of room to sit and relax or work, but there is some indoor and outdoor table spaces which helps relieve the crowding. The reason for the one star reduction is the ease - or lack thereof - of accessing the place. It's a quick cross over to the left turn lane if you're coming from the highway. Coming from the mall means fighting the crawling traffic in the right lane.  When you do arrive, there's limited parking in front (plenty behind the building).

A touch small and doesn't hold a large crowd well.  Drinks and service are good.  The few times I am in, busy or not, looks like some cleaning needed done.

Great drinks, consistently as ordered. Very limited seating. Long lines but usually moves quickly.
