Sometimes the service is great. More often, though (especially recently), my order is incorrect. Today, when telling them at the drive-thru that my drink was fixed incorrectly I was told "I can give you some sweetener packets" to fix it for myself, presumably while I'm driving away?

This store has a serious acoustics problem. It used to be a quiet place to hang out. But in my last few visits, I noticed a lot of equipment slamming, loud & excessive talking by staff, and too loud music. This is in addition to the lack of any warm welcoming feeling from the staff, dirty tables & work areas, and staff who complain about their job publicly. There's also a great deal of unprofessional hanging out in the syore by off-duty staff. Overall, the best thing about this location is the Starbucks brand, although this store's staff is doing a good job of damaging that reputation. Go the the Manhattan or Barataria location! Even the District Manager, David, couldn't manage an apology for situation; he just claimed it was unusual for the location & would check it out.

Not sure who has been working the drive thru speaker recently but she is very rude and sarcastic. They need to give her another task.....

I use to visit this location several times a week until they took a serious turn for the worst. The past several months I noticed that my lattee would never be made right. The recipe should always be the same but its not. They see I'm a regular and still get my order wrong even though its the same simple lattee each time. They also charge me differant things on differant days. This location is poorly managed and don't get me started on the wait time and parking. Save your money and go somewhere else!

Typical Starbucks, but I would suggest using the drive through.  The parking lot sucks.
