I have been here quite of few times this year and each time was a great experience. My order is always delicious and there was only one time where my drink didn't taste correct so I brought it back in and they fixed it immediately and it tasted great. I refuse to go to any other starbucks this is just the best one all around.

Only starbucks in hyannis. Fast service. Large car parking.

Older lady wasnt very nice. We go to Starbucks all the time and these were the worst drinks we have ever gotten.

This store is just too unbelievable after being away for seven months I walked in and the workers all recognize me and remembered my drink and food this is really a credit to the store manager Mary as she must have an excellent excellent staff I really enjoy the service here

Waited 20 minutes and didnt get my coffee!
They got too many mobile orders at once and got overwhelmed. Totally disorganized and incompetent.
