So nice to have a stand alone Starbucks with a drive-thru in town! The staff is usually friendly and quick weather I go for one drink or five. If I order ahead through the app my drink is always waiting for me. The tables and seating area have always been clean and wiped during my visits. They also have several places to plug in your devices. I give 5 stars!

Went through drive thru! Met with an amazing voice and amazing customer service!! His name was Marcus And I surely told him how great he was! I felt welcome and like he loved his job :)

This location has always been very friendly, but today was an exception, I submitted a mobile order, when I went to pick up, I walked to the end of the counter and stood right under the HUGE sign that states “Mobile order pick up here”, stood there for a few minutes not being acknowledged which is understandable all the baristas were busy with orders, and finally Kara, I believe she is a supervisor, asked me what I was waiting on, I told her my name and order and she said she was going to get that going for me right away, but she did not, she continued stocking up ice bins and syrups etc. I was waiting 10 minutes, finally she called up “Lu” but was looking at me and handing me a drink. Lu was standing right next to me and I clarified to Kara what I ordered but in a hurry told me that it was my drink. I took the beverage but noticed that it was not what I ordered, yes same latte but different ingredients. I went to the counter to return the drink and Lu was next to me as well returning hers. Kara then lashed out at me and said I need to be more specific when I am asked what I was waiting on.. umm I gave her my name, mobile order and was standing under mobile order sign, how much more specific can I get?? She was very unorganized, highly unprofessional, lacked customer service. I understand everyone has their days, and the pressure of being busy, but NEVER lash out at a paying customer, even if they are wrong, which in this case I was not lol. I hope that is not her day to day work ethic.

Have been to numerous stores but wont return to this one. Went twice. With multiple associates it takes an extended time to get your drinks. They will process drive thru before your order. With 4 associates and 1 customer in store with a drink it took them 10 minutes to make our two. They stated, "It takes extra time if you want extra shots." No, you just suck. We will continue to use our in store Starbucks at Smiths.

Great place. They're just a little slooooooow..... I know it's new. Wasn't open last time I came (Memorial Day Weekend).  Very nice interior. Well designed.  And best of all, good coffee!  Can't say that about al Starbucks...
