Super quick experience as advertised.  The Starbucks Pick Up location is a new model of Starbucks store that focuses primarily on just fulfilling orders. They have no seating or tables, but you can definitely find somewhere within a few blocks to sit if you want, in the Embarcadero Center, the plazas at the California and Davis intersection less than a block away, or the seating on the waterside of the Ferry Building. You just order on the Starbucks app and show up. There were two people who couldn't order on the app and the barista was able to accommodate them by taking their order on a screen revealed by opening a panel in the counter, but they really emphasize ordering on the app. The experience was seamless. I highly recommend this location if you're a busy person or just want your order fast.

They only do mobile orders….and then will be rude when you show up expecting a typical Starbucks. Staff standing around doing I don’t know what but definitely ignoring you. They very clearly could just take your order. Most people are just standing around in the store ordering on the app in the store. It all seems silly.

Trash. Website didn’t work when placing an order and when I called, they don’t take orders over the phone.

Pick up location only. Great for on the go. Order ahead in the app and swing by with no ping.

This particular Starbucks only services pick up, they should do both.
