I don’t think I’ve ever ordered here and gotten my coffee in a timely manner. I keep coming back because it’s the only Starbucks that’s easy to get to in the area and they continue to disappoint. The past few times I’ve placed an online order, it’s taken 25+ minutes. The last time i got my coffee after 30 minutes and it had coffee grounds all up in it. Probably better off driving to Hartsdale - I bet you’d get your coffee faster.
I generally enjoy Starbucks and this location have it all - nice environment, fountains and cool park outside. Only confusing part is that they don’t do refills on regular hot or ice coffee. Every other Starbucks always has it
Rosa gave this place five stars. Before Rosa, this location was not the best and didn’t give me the best service. But today, Rosa went out of her way to comfort my son and was so incredibly patient, kind and caring to us. I mean this is how every barista should be but unfortunately is not. I understand long days at work don’t make it easy to be nice by the end of the day but this girl, wow, five stars to her. Kid-friendliness: Rosa was the nicest to my Son made him Feel Special.
Ordered a Red eye coffee, with 2 splash of pumpkin spice and oat milk really hot. The coffee was deliciousFood: 4/5
I’ve always loved this Starbucks on Main Street!is a very attractive building with an outside plaza with lots of seating.when I visited today, there were city workers installing the holiday lights that will soon brighten the streets. The Starbucks staff were helpful and worked efficiently to provide their customers with coffee and other snacks. The store also had a selection of holiday gifts!
Customer service was not good as before. I placed an order and just because, I only at 100.00 and didn't want to spend 20.00, they would allow me to get my stuff. I thought that was rude. People go there, and I am quite sure they had change, so I can get my order. Will not go there again. Will go elsewhere.
When ever go to the fountain area for relaxation...enjoy the star bucks coffee also...good management...COVid arrangement is good...nice location and staff... go in the evening time so that you can enjoy the fountain view also..but these days the place is much crowded and so please have your mask and water bottle with you...
horrible Starbucks. they had to remake my drink twice. used the wrong milk till I pointed it out. I’ve seen people miss train and buses because they’ve placed an online order 30 mins ago and it’s not ready. place is so dirty. might as well wait for the cafe at b&n or target Starbucks to open for the day, they have better drinks and Customer service
Very rude staff. Been going to Starbucks for 20years everyday, by far my worst experience. Btw they don’t publish this, but if you mobile app, you better go to the side window or they’ll dress you down in front of the whole store.
The multi-colored fountains just adjacent outside at the square, are a spectacular sight. Most especially at nighttime, when the illumination create a magnificent rainbow of effects. Wonderful place to relax while enjoying your Starbucks lattes.
