The equipment seems new and well cared for, but the staff leaves a whole lot to be desired. Every time I've had an issue (change machine not working, TV too loud, etc.) and brought it to the attendant, they have given me a hard time for "bothering them." My last time at this facility the attendant literally laughed in my face when I asked him for his supervisor's name. The new equipment is not enough to make up for the rude treatment I receive by their staff; I won't be back and encourage everyone else to find another facility.
