The people in the office are very rude. They "talk down" to the residents when ever they voice their opinions or have simple questions on policy. They consider any type of complaint as a negative action towards them. The maintenance department is out of control, they go form apartment to apartment starting simple jobs but don't come back to finish until weeks later, sometimes months. During this time, the residents have to deal with their homes looking like a disaster area, it doesn't matter if its the holiday season or not, they will leave your place a mess. Most of the residents are low-income African Americans. Most of them are afraid to comment or make complaints about anything because they don't want to suffer the wrath of the people who work in the office. One blonde lady in particular has very nasty attitude - she has a very short temper and she will attack any black person with a complaint. This type of treatment towards low-income African Americans must stop. I plan on following-up on this situation and I am willing to write politicians, NAACP, and various news organizations in order for this treatment to stop
