Great bowling experience. Never had more than a 10 minute wait for a lane. Staff is friendly and courteous, and I love the specials that they have throughout the week to keep me ballin' on a budget.

They placed a child's birthday party right in the middle of all the lanes instead of at an end. The kids were running all over the neighboring lanes with no corrective action disrupting and interrupting other bowlers, and endangering themselves. The equipment is from the 80's and many balls have large gashes in them. The proprietor clearly cares nothing about their customers enjoyment and is only trying to grab as much money for as little service as possible. Being the only alley for many miles there is no competition to correct this monopoly. Shameless!

My wife and son and I went here as a family one evening. My son (5) played the arcade games and got one of his quarters stuck in a machine and went to report the issue to a staff member. Instead of being friendly and giving him a quarter back, he was told that he should expect to lose money on arcade games. Assuming it was a misunderstanding, my wife explained the situation to the staff member and was given a quarter and a lecture in front of our friends about not putting money in broken machines. Needless to say this was embarrassing and unnecessary. I decided it was best for everyone if I brought the issue to the attention of management: I met with a manger and explained what had happened. The manager grabbed a $20 from his wallet, threw it on the table and said "Here is a reimbursement. We get so much business here, we don't care if you come back." I have never experienced anything like this before and I always try to bring issues to the attention of management so I don't have to leave negative reviews. This is my first ever negative review. Shocking experience.
