When calling to talk about pricing, services, and other details, the woman I spoke with, Sissy, was extremely rude and hung up the phone on me. I simply asked a few questions I'm interested I knowing, including the documentation and validity of the employees. When I asked about the legal status of the employees, she became irate and began making verbal attacks, giving an attitude, and eventually hung up on me. Not only do I NOT recommend using this service provider, I also do not condone the tone of voice, language, or lack of basic respect for other people, especially potential customers. This office staff is unequivocally the rudest I have ever dealt with in less than a 5 minute conversation. Make smart choices with your money and do not give it to a company that degrades customers, God only knows what they do to the employees.

Great company to do business with. I called on a Thursday to have my septic pumped and they came Friday morning at 8am. I will be doing more business with Starr and would highly recommend them to friends and family!

Extremely nice staff, very helpful and courteous. I own Franklinville Auto Sales, needed several loads of stone delivered quickly, they were able to pick em up and deliver same day I requested at a very reasonable price, Thank You. Also just had cess pool drianed, best service and price around town for sure. Simply the kindest people you ever want to deal with!

Excellent! Had a septic emergency, they came right out and the price was perfect. Customer service was top notch when I called and when the gentleman came out. Very happy with my experience and will definitely recommend them to friends and family. Thank you!

I requested a septic inspection for a house I was hoping to buy. The inspectors were very unprofessional and could be heard making racist remarks about a previous customer. My inspection was pushed back because they had other ones going on and said there would be plenty of time. They then did not provide me the report back in time for me to submit requests to the house seller despite multiple reminders. I contacted them directly to file a complaint and haven't heard back.
