this place is going down hill fast.  we arrived on Saturday 3/10 around 6pm.  while waiting for a bowling lane I walked around to check the place out.  I went to check out the restaurant / kitchen area.  I glanced around the counter and was disgusted with what I saw.  overflowing trash cans, filthy floors, and counter tops.  there were at least five tables that had dishes piled up on them. it was just not a very clean restaurant.  
keep in mind this was at 6pm.  how busy could they have been late afternoon.   they were not at or even close to capacity with only two tables sat.  I decided to get a drink at the bar which took over 20 minutes.  the bar counter was sticky and had food caked all over it.  the bar tender was staring at the computer screen for ten minutes before asking for our order.  the first two drink items we ordered were not available.  the bar tender then took another ten minutes to make a vodka soda and a whisky and coke.  finally seated at our bowling lane we sat down on a sticky mess.  there was food all over the floor and the menus were stuck together with spilled beer and soda.   seriously, this was not a joke.  our server was terrible taking no less than an hour to get us 3 food items and 2 orders of drinks.  in order to save time we over tipped the service close to 30 percent... not because he was good at his job or friendly, just b/c we did not want to wait to see how long it would take to get change.  at the end the server did not even thank us for the huge tip.  we used to enjoy this place but will not be back.

I feel bad for employees who have to face customers. Not well managed. Sweet, young employees. MISSED opportunities to make $$$. Understaffed. Pay for laser tag but they put hirthday parties ahead of others as well as they need wristbands instead of cards. Watched Dix young boys drop then, leave them with employees and then couldn't find them for second round on their cards. CONFUSION.

Will always go back because of grandson.

Great family friendly place. Accommodating of large groups. Lots of fun for all ages.

The best place in town to go with your family. Kids would love it. Always packed, plan ahead and make reservations. Great customer service, good food and big parking lot.
