My experience with Start Fresh firm was exceptional. I found them online searching for attorney advice to deal with a troubling financial issue. Even though my situation wound up not warranting filing bankruptcy, they were able to provide sound , helpful information at NO FEE!! Everyone was very courteous and I would highly recommend this firm if you are seeking legal answers in regard to your finances.

If you ever have the unfortunate luck to be in this situation - facing bankruptcy or losing your truck. These guys are the only way to go. Great job in a difficult time.

At a time in our life when things really seemed hopeless we found the awesome team at Start Fresh Utah. We had been attempting a modification with BOA that had been going on for literally years. They told us we would get the modification but it was taking time to process it. Then one day a foreclosure notice came. When we first contacted Start Fresh Craig called us and discussed all of our concerns and laid out a plan to deal with them. The staff Gretchen, Heidi, and Ryan have been friendly and helpful in getting us through this very stressful time. I don't know what we would have done without them! They always returned calls and addressed any concerns we had. If you find yourself at odds with unscrupulous banks or obnoxious creditors call Start Fresh and let them help you through it. Thank you Start Fresh you saved us!

This company has been great. Gretchen Lowe my paralegal has been very helpful and has gotten all my questions answered and has done a great job. If you are thinking of filing bankruptcy then this is the place.

From the very first phone call I had with start fresh and my attorney Ryan Simpson I knew I'd be well taken care of. I was nervous and apprehensive about having to file bankruptcy. Everyone at start fresh was very kind, understanding and very willing to help. It made my experience not as scary as I thought it would be. Anytime I had to call in or if I had questions, everyone was always willing to help, even if my questions were a bit tedious. I was very nervous for the meeting of creditors, Ryan put my nerves to ease. I appreciate everything start fresh has done for me. I definitely rate them a 10! I will definitely recommend start fresh to others.
