Kirsty and the Starwood team were amazing at transforming the stressful process of transporting our 2 dogs from the US to Japan into simple steps that resulted in our family being reunited. Will all that goes into a major relocation such as this one, to give yourself the gift of allowing experts to handle all of the details of pet transport was the smartest thing I could have done. The team was responsive, proactive, compassionate, and put up with tons of email and questions. At all times, they were calming and reassuring. They are experts and it shows. I cannot say enough about the service they provided, door to door transport half way across the world. We will certainly be using them for the return trip when the time comes. I highly recommend Starwood to anyone who is relocating pets!

I wish I could give more than five stars. My family worked with Kristy to relocated our dog from the US to Australia. They helped us set up EVERYTHING! The process was very seamless and stress free. When you think about relocating an animal to Australia, seamless and stress free is not what comes to your mind, right? Well, that is what you can expect with this company. My sister and I are very pleased with their services. They got our bundle of joy to AU safe and sound. She was released from quarantine exactly 10 days after she check in. It was incredibly easy and pleasant to work with Kristy. Top notch customer service! She is now living her absolute best life in AU with my sister and we couldn't be happier.

Starwood animal: wonderful, honest, reliable and efficient staff! Their billing process is modern and easy, their courier staff were so kind and warm, and I was informed throughout. They had great follow up and were flexible and even recommend how I might cut down costs. They arranged my cats trip at the last minute: within one week . Totally worth it! Thanks guys for a job well done.

Starwood (not the hotel chain. That's a bit confusing) did an amazing job transporting our English bulldog ("Tucker") from the US to Germany. Transporting bulldogs overseas is enormously difficult, and we were hesitant to put him in someone else's hands, but Tucker arrived safe and happy! Starwood staff were responsive, personable, friendly, and extremely helpful. We even received updates and photos throughout Tucker's journey. They're admittedly expensive, but the convenience, excellent customer service, and peace of mind are completely worth it!

Starwood is the best! Had my 2 cats shipped last month, worried about a dozen different things that could go off...needlessly! From start to finish, every individual we worked were caring, professional, on time and know critters! Moved from San Diego to Ohio & worth every dollar spent. Thank you! Kathy & John Heaney
