The man was polite but they refused to do anything about the situation or help me out in any way and I think it's because I am from out of state I was told to email them a copy of the form and they would tell me if it was a legal form or if it was one that you could buy in a stationery store and if the name on the form was actually a real attorney emailed it never heard back from them and I have proof add the criminal activity I have proof that felonies are being committed deliberately and knowingly and the Attorney General's office is not interested because I'm not in that state I was very disappointed that there are two known criminals that are out there knowingly and willingly stealing people's hard-earned money by deception and lies and then they change their phone number the state attorney's office doesn't want to know anything about it because I don't live in that state
Hard to contact the asst DA Prosecuting my friends case. In Rapid City, S.D. ON MONDAY AM. HOW.
got a straight answer about CBD, and that is not an easy subject to speak of on Pennington County these days
They help me get a second chAnce at life
I have been jailed for 8 days on a charge of driving on a suspended license when I was in fact not driving on a suspended license. I took the required written exam for automobile license, and then took the written test for a motorcycle after having had my motorcycle license for 20 years. I missed the written test on motorcycle by 1 question and was required to return another day. I opted for the option to have my vehicle license printed so I had a valid drivers license in my possession. I was pulled over and subsequently my DL was verified, only for it to come back as invalid. The reason was when the state of South Dakota changed to a new program, the information transferred as I had failed the written test for motorcycle. When the information was transferred through their API the click link didn't transfer my valid DL test. I have tried unsuccessfully several times to get this corrected with Pennington County and the States Attorney who is an elected position, refuses to acknowledge the facts. Instead they issue warrants for my arrest, which has lead to multiple harassment from law enforcement, attorney fees to a public defender of which operates out of the same office of the states attorney how is that impartial? who fails to defend my legal correctness, or to return calls. I have posted bail several times as they haul me to jail for being a law abiding citizen, that has been observed as guilty until proven innocent. This has been a major failure, disappointment, harassment, financial and mental burden on me and my family. I have tried to talk to the court appointed attorney who is never in the office, nor returns calls, and have documented proof of phone calls 14 times since the initial appointment. I have also signed a power of attorney to him for representation in this matter. Yet now for the 4th time there is a warrant for failure to appear. I shouldn't even have to appear or deal with a mistake that was made by the state of South Dakota to begin with. Where's the accountability here? What's my compensation for their wrongful imprisonment, mental anguish, loss of income, and compensation for my time?
