I have trusted all my insurance coverage with Brad Billings for 5 years, so far. I have even financed my vehicle with them, which prompted me to want to spread a good word about this business. Somewhere around one-third of all drivers have State Farm insurance which gave me a little peace of mind at first. But it isn’t so much the State Farm company that makes it great; It’s the people in this particular office. They have a great culture going there. Brad seems to have a good eye for selecting exceptional people and the ability to develop them to their full potential. There is a sense they are truly looking out for me and not "the bottom line". I have tried plenty of others in the past. This place is different, in a very good way. Brad's office takes care of you like you are their only customer. It's a rare thing these days. I'd like to note, I am your average working family guy. If they treat me this well consistently, as they have. I assure you, they will do the same for anyone.

Jen has been an amazing partner as our insurance agent. Top notch service. She has given us competitive fair pricing throughout the years and is quick to respond to our questions. If you haven't gotten a quote from Brad Billings State Farm in Shakopee you are missing out. Thanks again Jen.

Met with Steve Skelton last week to review my coverage, and what a great experience! Steve was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding all their offerings.  On top of that, I never felt any pressure...it's like he had nothing but my best interest in mind.

I have entrusted Brad and his staff with all of my insurance needs and they have never let me down.  Robin Viskocil was going over my policies and discovered that one of the policies had lapsed. She was persistent and helped me with getting the policy reinstated. The policy lapse was not caused by anything that State Farm did.

We had State Farm in CO so when we moved here to MN we also looked into State Farm. We are so happy we did.... Brad and his office staff are great to work with. Anytime I have any sort of question, I can email them directly and typically have an answer within the hour which is GREAT!  I would definitely recommend them (esp Brad's office) to anyone needing Car Insurance....even if you currently have, call and see if they can do better! Thank you~
