When I entered into their office on Uinta Drive, I was not greeted with a hello.  The front desk worker directed me to another desk before asking enough questions to know what I was there for.  The second desk lady directed me to a third desk. The man at this desk was on the phone so she pointed at a chair outside of his office and said "wait HERE".  At this point, I felt very unwelcome.  I waited in the chair for about 15 minutes before he finished.  I thought he might come out to tell me that he's ready but then he started dialing and began another call.  This call, I could hear the conversation, was primarily a personal call regarding hale damage his house had received the day before from a storm.  From hearing the conversation, it was easy to pick up the fact that this man has manipulative personality.  The call lasted 30 minutes before I decided to walk out.   After I left, I went to Green River Insurance and was helped by a super professional and friendly lady who is at this time gathering quotes for three of my retail store locations.  I'd recommend bringing your business to a company that appreciates and deserves it.  Which is not Brad Cutler State Farm.

Brad and his team were able to get me in quickly and easily and simply answered my questions. I will definitely recommend him to others
