When we moved to California, Brian helped us personally with all of our insurance needs. He is very professional and took the time to answer all of the questions we had. His office and staff have always been very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We plan on using him for all of our future insurance needs. As a customer we are always invited personally to customer service events and barbecues that he puts on. When we needed to use our insurance for a window replacement they took care of all the details seamlessly and had a window replacement company come and take care of it at our place of work as quickly as possible with no hassle...it was wonderful!! Highly recommend this insurance company!

Brian and his staff are knowledgeable and friendly. They're always quick to answer questions and explain insurance jargon. I feel comfortable visiting his office because no one is pushy about selling new policies or policy features. I've never waited long for help and have always gotten the guidance I needed about filing a claim or making changes to my policy. Definitely the most trustworthy and laid-back insurance office in Susanville.

We have car insurance and home owners insurance with Brian Wilson - State Farm Insurance.  He was helpful in helping us selecting the correct insurance for our needs. This is the first time our insurance representative knows our names and treats us respectfully. His staff has been reliable in passing on our messages to Mr. Wilson. He is reliable in responding to our needs and concerns and responds quickly.

Brian Wilson handles the insurance for our home.  He's an honest and straightforward guy and has always been there for us. He and his staff are friendly and professional.  I love going into his office.  They make me feel great!
