The Carlos Luis State Farm Agency opened in March 2000, We have grown to be one the largest SF agencies in the nation with over 21 insurance professionals.

Our office is centrally located. We are in close proximity to Coral Gables, South Miami, West Miami, Coconut Grove and Pinecrest. We are less than a mile from the Palmetto Expressway. We have plenty of accessible parking for all our customers. Our staff of insurance professional are always eager to help. We are open on Saturdays.

I have been working with Carlos Luis agency for years, I have my 5 cars and my home insured with State Farm through his agency. Very professional and knowledgeable staff, quick to respond when you have a question or a claim.

With my recent car crash, they went above and beyond to make the claim process and repair of my car extremely simple and quick.

I highly recommend Carlos Luis Agency to anyone needing insurance.

Horrible service and experience. Had the State farm headquartera contact them about all my issues, there has been several in over a year of service, was never contacted. Agents aren't knowledgeable about product, discounts, bundles etc. State farm has excellent insurance and rates however these agents are not doing State farm any justice. Am switicbing agents asap. Very unhappy with the service from day one but wanted to give them a chance....big mistake on my part.

I have been with Carlos Luis' agency now for over ten years.  The service has been an exceptional.  They ahve always tried to obtain the best possible rates for my family.  Insurances comapnies, more or less, are the same.  What differentiates one agent form another is the care and thoughtfulness they have for each and every client when purchasing a poliucy and when you forth a claim.  Thank you Carlos, Lourdes, and Pedro for all your assistance with my insurance needs.  You guys are great!
