I purchased a car and same day went straight to this office for car insurance. I spoke with Daria. I had the VIN number in hand from the dealership and was given a quote of $206/month (I still have the statement from the agent printed this day from this location). Fast forward a few weeks, I get a letter telling me my policy would be $270/month. I call and ask what’s goin on and I’m told “The policy change because I never had the VIN number in hand.” I call the 800 number and they tell me to try a different agency. So that’s exactly what I did. I go to a different agency and they call THIS location and give me a quote of $219/month from Zack. A few bucks more but right in the same ball park. Once again I take the printout. Today I check my bank statement and $270. I’m not sitting here with three different statements and no one wants to honor the any of the previous quotes. This is literally the same as me seeing a price advertised for X, getting a price check, then want to charge Y at the registers. Why can’t one of the two previous quotes be honored?

My husband and I recently switched our insurance providers to State Farm and Chris and Sue could not have been more helpful! Chris provided us with a quote very quickly and both he and Sue were always available to answer our questions via phone or e-mail. High recommendations.
