This is like any other insurance office. I give them money and they cover selected property's.

Absolutely horrible bookkeeping practices going on in this office. It took 3 months to switch a car on our policy, our monthly payments were always going up because they were trying to "fix" our policy, with no clear explanations. After 4 months I gave up and went to Allstate. It's a wonder how this office is still up and running with all the problems they seem to be having. Highly advise not using this location, maybe the one in Dickinson is better?
