Among other things (to include the price, the helpfulness of the staff, and the easy-to-understand policies), I am writing to thank a particular employee by the name of Bryan Macias. I was very modest about not understanding insurance, nor how it worked, however, Mr. Macias was very thorough with me as he took the time to fully educate me on what my best options would be. Mr. Macias has a warm friendly demeanor and has the ability to draw in people with his positive work attitude. If Mr. Macias represents the standard for all of the employees at Damian Useda - State Farm, then I highly recommend my friends and family to come to this location in particular. In Short: excellent service, excellent explanation of the policies, and a positive and friendly staff of employees.
