I recently called over to JR Orenstein's agency and spoke to a great rep named Allison who was extremely helpful, concise and explained everything so I could understand exactly what I would be covered for.  I am so happy I went with a real life agency and got help I was paying way too much with some random broker I got set up with. She even sent me a whole care package with extra info to help me better understand the great conveniences offered through state farms claims department. 

I highly recommend this agent. they are in a great area, close to shopping, markets everything so even stopping into the office doesn't inconvenience your day if you've got a ton of things to do after!

Poor...few calls returned. 3+ weeks for refund check after home sale.  Better experience with GEICO,  Kemper or Esurance.

This would have originally been a negative review and I was fed up with State Farm before I spoke to Kenny who was highly effective in handling my situation and exceeding expectations. I had a billing issue that no one seemed to be addressing, I was transferred countless times before this man told me he would take care of the situation and call me back and HE ACTUALLY DID!!! He was personable and very effective compared to all the other people who tried to "help" me. He even got me to sign up for a credit card that's going to help me save money! I definitely recommend JR's office for anybody looking for great service.. Just ask for Kenny! Thank you guys again for your service!! (Using my sister's account to write this because I believe they actually deserve the review after what they did for me.)
