Thank you for visiting our facebook page! We are a local State Farm agency based out of Libertyville, Illinois just accross the street from Austin's on Peterson Road. We are a 3-person team lead by our fearless leader and agent, Jim Olive! Office team members are Tiffany Calvert ([email protected]) and Aubyn Scolnick ([email protected]).

I had a house damage claim for the first time after over 30 years with this company and was sadly disappointed by the lack of professionalism displayed by my claims representative Jennifer Bell, who was not very polite and gave me the wrong information more than once and took at least 3 days to call me back each time, and seemed stressed and made me feel as if I was just a bother to her. She told me if I had a contractor show up when the adjuster was there then I had effectively hired him and could not use anyone else. She also told me once I turned in a receipt for roofing supplies the depreciation recoverable amount would be sent to me but when I tried to confirm with 2 other representatives (because I could not get her to return my calls) I got 2 different answers and they said I get nothing back unless I have a contractor do the work and the amount I spend is more than the 8000 in damages. I still don't know what the right answer is.
