I recently moved to Forney and transferred from another agent in Plano. Not to get into details, but my experience there was not good. I transferred my policies to Joe Dan's office and I was AMAZED at the night and day difference in service! The office staff is incredibly friendly and very willing to help in all ways possible. They are knowledgeable and make you feel like you are their only client. Joe Dan even called at my renewal date and asked if I had questions or wanted to set an appointment to discuss my policy. I actually did meet with him, and he very much proved to me why his staff is so friendly. Joe Dan took his time going through my policy with me and helped me understand everything much better that I did before. I very much appreciate everyone in their office and their attention to customer service!

Best insurance agent you will ever find!!! Goes above and beyond the call of duty. Joe Dan makes sure you have the coverage you need to be protected in case anything ever happens... He explains your coverage in detail. He is genuine and truly cares about his customers and employees! I can't say enough about Joe Dan McBeth, just take my word if you use Joe Dan you will never use another Insurance agent.

Have had them for years and love it!  I've filed a few claims and it was stress free for the most part.  If I had any issues, Joe Dan took care of it for me!

Calling at 9 am 30 minutes after they open but, the insurance agent isn't in.. Not a good start to my business with state farm..
