•	When I bought my first condo I needed to get home owners insurance so at first I went to AAA where I had my car insurance for over 10 years and got a quote. Since I didn't shop around a lot before I figured this would be a good time to look into different policies. I am so glad that I did!

Not only was State Farm way less money for better coverage, but when I have a question I just call and get to talk to someone right away (and its always the same people). With my old insurance, they never called me back and I never knew who I was talking to. Keir went over everything with me and I can always call when I have questions. Not to mention that they always respond to emails right away when I change something. 

The level of service that I have had since I switched has been amazing. I just assumed that all insurance companies were like AAA, and they definitely are not! I got some quotes from other companies as well and they were all local agents. They responded quickly and were nice but I went with Keir because the rates were good and I didn't feel pressured into getting any policies that I didn't need

I'm thrilled to have met Charles Clendenin: he really knows the ins & outs of the Insurance biz, and helped me figure out what I needed to do. What a true professional: I always dread going over insurance stuff, -but he made it painless and (almost) fun.
