Nate and his staff are so great and easy to work with. I know that every time I call with a question or to add/update my insurance that they are on top of it and get things done in timely manner. Nate has been easily accessible with even answering calls on weekends or after hours. I have moved across the country multiple times and have switched offices but so glad I found this one, this is by far the best and easiest one to work with!

Nate is a pillar for this community, not only super great to work with in a business setting but has volunteered his time to come speak to local high school students about the need for insurance, explain the types of insurance and answer their business questions. If you're looking for a great agent and someone highly engaged and committed to our community, look no further!

We have really enjoyed working with State Farm and Nate Blanchard. The staff is always available to help. We've had one claim and the process was very smooth. Great office!

Sad to say after years with State Farm, here and in Las Vegas, I have been forced to leave solely due to Chris Sundvold at this office. Chris has given very poor customer service and follow up. We moved here towards the beginning of July and transferred our insurance to this office. After two months we have not received our printed policy, regular proof of insurance, and were being charged our Nevada rates. After stopping by the office several times, I was told by Chris it was a corporate issue and there was nothing that could be done. This may be true, but Chris did nothing to follow up. He made no calls to the corporate office, made no calls to me to offer an explanation, Chris did nothing. He just made it seem like it was no big deal. To me it was a big deal, as I was being billed over 250 bucks monthly for two months for a policy costing only 98 bucks monthly, all I was told was that I would be credited, which does not help my finances today. There was a final issue this past Thursday, August 24th, when I asked for a quote on home owners insurance for a home we are buying. I spoke to Chris yet again and was told he would call me on Friday, August 25th, but I never heard from him. So, I went in on Monday, August 28th, around 3:30 p.m. to get another temporary proof of auto insurance and had to ask again for my quote, which I was told it still wasn't completed. It's too bad how one person can ruin a relationship with a company. Chris needs to understand that he is in the customer service business and should always take care of the customer no matter what, sticking to deadlines, and understanding the customers needs. It's not my job to come to the office every month for proof of insurance and to follow up on a quote that was promised the next day. If I could post the actual conversations between us I would, to show his lack of customer service and urgency.
