We've been with State Farm for auto & home insurance for quite a few years. Luckily I've only had to make use of the home insurance once - the process was pretty painless for me, the local office (Thanks Ryan!) was extremely helpful in coordinating the cleanup & repair contractors (who I'm going to add did a much better job than the original builder). I've had to call the local office a few times with minor questions and the response has always been immediate & to my satisfaction.

Ryan Blohm and his team have been amazing. After only a week and a half into my new condo, my bathroom ceiling started leaking from the people above me and Ryan's team had an appraiser out the next day to get the ball rolling. I only wish my neighbors were as easy to work with as Ryan! Thank heavens for State Farm!

Normally I hate writing a bad review, but we had such a horrible experience here I thought I would let other people know. We signed up with State Farm with one agent who I thought would be our agent the whole time. It turned out that the whole office is your agent, so every time I called in with a question I got someone new who didn't know me or my policy. After 6-7 months my husband noticed that his name was not appearing on our statements. I called to verify that he was insured. It turned out that he was not covered! The original agent never added him or something, even though I let her know that I am married and I gave her his information. We were lucky that nothing happened in those few months. We asked that he could be added to our policy. During all of these months we noticed that we were charged a different amount each month. One month it was $137 the next it was $145 and who knows what else for the next month, but it was never the same. We decided that we had enough and chose a different company to go with. I called in July to cancel our coverage. I talked to one person in the office explaining my reasons for leaving and to please cancel our coverage. Shortly after another agent called me to make sure that we really wanted to cancel. I assured him that we did want to cancel and already found another company to go with. In August we were charged $137, then again in September we were again charged $137. I called and talked to an agent and ask why our policy was never cancelled and why we were being charged. The agent didn't believe me when I said I talked to two separate agents in July. He said that the only way to cancel and get our money back is to send a statement from our new insurance company proving that we really did go with another company and have been insured since August. I of course just sent my copy in and so did my new agent to verify that yes, we did really cancel. I am still waiting to see if we really do get reimbursed. After one year with State Farm I decided it's not the best company for me. Other people might not have such a bad experience, but I wouldn't recommend them.

I love this insurance agency!! Talk about amazing customer service. Ryan takes such good care of his clients and the people that work with him are so kind and easy to talk to. Taylor is also amazing to work with. Thanks guys!!
