The second I asked for an agent transfer due to my poor satisfaction with her customer service she put me on some type of State Farm X list and accused me of things. Also she has high employee turnover. She was never available when I tried to reach her and she always has a new/different employee help me on her behalf every time. I recommend anyone over her office.

Sallie Severns State Farm agency has been my insurance agent since I first moved to the east bay over two years ago.  I have moved twice and Sallie and  her staff have always been efficient friendly and fast in getting changes done to my renters insurance policy's. I added auto and life policies along the way and cannot be happier with the quick turn around times when I have questions. I am a busy professional and like that they text message me reminders. The staff is pleasant and honest and I'm happy to have found an agent that cares as much as Sallie does.

Every time my Mom had to call Sallie’s office, she told me Sallie was rarely available. She said, Sallies staff always acted nice and took messages but Sallie rarely actually returned my moms calls. Don’t be taken advantage of like my Mom!

Sallie was so helpful! She helped me find an agent in Washington and walked me through all the steps that I needed to take since i am moving! She helped ease my stress and worry over renter's insurance and made everything so easy to understand. She helped me the best she could and explained everything very thoroughly! I am very grateful for her help!
