Steve had mentioned that State Farm was now providing car loans, I had not realized this.  He was able to obtain a loan for me at almost a full point less than the new car dealer.  From start to finish the process took less than an hour and the check was ready for me to pick up that same day.  The service was outstanding.

Todd and the State Farm team have been a trusted advisor to me and my family for a long term.  Todd takes the time to get to know his clients on a personal basis, and does a great job checking-in frequently to talk life in general and to strengthen that client/advisor relationship.  Todd has taken the time to get to know my family's insurance needs and we are looking forward to working with Todd in the future.  Todd takes the time to listen and also has a strong, professional background to be able to think "outside the box" when it comes to results for his clients' needs.

I worked with Dan at this location and my experience was great. Whenever I need anything added or removed from my policy he responded to me right away via text, e-mail, or phone call. The customer service was an A+++. The only reason why I'm leaving State Farm is because I want to help a friend out who is now in insurance otherwise I'd stay with State Farm for life. Go to this location and I promise you will not regret it. The service, the timeliness, and the quality of business you will receive from this location can not be beat.

I had been with another insurance company and "assumed' switching to State Farm would cost me more. NOT SO!!! I was totally wrong. In fact, I got a way better deal with State Farm and Todd as my agent...less money and more coverage.

Todd was AWESOME. He walked me through my auto and renters coverage and explained everything in terms I could understand...and pointed out extra coverage options that I probably didn't need vs. what I did need (where others just tried to sell me on everything!). He also went over Life Insurance policy information with me and was very helpful in that regard as well.

Todd MacDonald is very professional, but yet down to earth. Very personable and patient with explaining things to me. I would HIGHLY recommend him...Just ask for a quote- you'll be pleasantly surprised just like I was. Don't make the mistake of assuming you have a clue what your quote will be (like I did)...contact Todd! He will save you $$$
