Superior spa with a staff that goes above and beyond from the time you are personally greeted upon entry to the time you leave with a complete understanding and satisfaction of the service received. Each stylist takes the time to assess your needs while listening to your wants and concerns. Their expertise is evident and the stylist wants you to leave not only pleased with the services you received but also with the knowledge of how and why certain treatments, products and type of cut are recommended. Jenelle takes pride in her work and as a customer I benefit from that!

State of Mind Salon is simply a class act! Brittany has been doing my hair now for about five years - I look forward to my appointments. As I'm a little older and my hair needs have changed during this time, Brittany has made professional recommendations that have been perfect! Every time I have entered the Salon I am treated with a smile, respect and the employees genuinely want to make sure your experience is one to remember. I am an extremely busy business professional with a high-level of stress, and I make it a habit to have an 80 minute Sports Massage once per month at the Day Spa at State of Mind. It is relaxing and a chance to unwind. My massage therapist Tina is very professional, knowledgeable in her approach and I would highly recommend her services.

Went here for the first time this past weekend and it was absolutely perfect, from start to finish. I've lived in NWI for over 10 years and can't believe I've never visited this place before now. I definitely plan on returning as often as my finances will allow. The services I received were worth every penny.

This place must be a Spa first and a salon second. I went in for a partial highlight and a haircut/style. The girl that did my hair seemed knowledgeable but could have been more friendly. However, the highlights I wanted were no way what was done. I wanted my hair very light and expressed this to her. I spent a lot of money here and was dissatisfied. On top of that I was informed that if I did not like my color it would be another $47.00. I should have run right there, most salons would do it for free if I was not satisfied. Overall everything was clean and the staff for the most part was friendly.
