If I could rate with a -5 stars I would! I haven't called CS in over 10 years & finally decided to call to ask a question & was quickly reminded why I avoided them like the plaque for 10+ years. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service & no manners what so ever when speaking to clients on the phone. Really guy's?!?! If you are that miserable in your job & hate talking to or dealing with people that much you shouldn't have the job. One of these days when you need something you will have someone snap at you & be rude to you for NO reason, you will reap what you sow. I will do everything possible to never have to deal with your unbelievably rude operators again!

This is what you get with a government run office when there is no competitive alternative. The worst of the worst, take it or leave, I'll do what I want when I damn well feel like it, if your lucky. Just imagine our health care could be run just like this. Scary!

They do what they can. They have been handeling my inter state case for years.

Don't assume that your case is moving forward. Their communication stinks. I had them tell me that they sent a form. When I didn't return it, they dropped my case. They "sent a new form". I'm still waiting for it two weeks later. Called again. They're sending another one. I'm laughing. They're mailings are imaginary. I've been trying to get child support for 5 months and I don't even think that my petition has left the Knoxville office. I hope you're not in dire straights. This process seems impossible.

over 18 years, i have tried my best to have minimal dealings with anyone from this office. for each experience, i am reminded of the little competence that comes out of this office. i strongly suggest getting your answers from the website or call the nashville office. once again, the ladies from the knoxville office give me completely wrong information that of course cost me more money...
