Another poster was right they could careless about acting like decent human beings at times. I work in the medical field so I get there are good ones and bad. But I'm not happy with there SEVERE lack of empathy. I certainly have more when they come into my ER. My van (not super old) broke down on hwy 9 off to the SIDE of the road. My husband tried to drive it as far as he could but couldn't make it the extra 2 mi to our house🙁 we left a note on the van begging them to give us extra time that night to pick it up. We both work and couldn't make it. WA st patrol called my husband while he was at work and asked if he could be there in 15 min. Uh no, no sir he was at work! So they had our van towed to ANOTHET TOWN!! ANOTHER DAMN TOWN! It cost us 80% of my husbands check to get it out. We had AAA coming in a few hours. So then I had to at 30 weeks pregnant and with two toddlers stand in the heat (no A.C. in the borrowed car) waiting for the rudest tow company ever (who they explicitly work with) to extort us an egregious amount of money and hold over our heads that they are buddy buddy so what were we gonna do about it?! To say I'm disappointed is an under statement. Their lack of empathy and understanding is severely lacking for the job they do. I'm thoroughly disgusted that my hard working family who are good people got extorted LEGALLY apparently and have to struggle now to make ends meet for two weeks. Don't worry when you come thru my ER I will still act like a compassionate human being treating another one.

I'm amazed these officers are allowed to keep there badges, the lack of common sense scares me both as a driver and a civilian. I pray for the day we start hiring officers who actually care about the public, not just their next ticket regardless of situation or due care.

Happy with the car inspector, she was really nice.

Made an appointment to have my motorcycle inspected. Didn't have to wait. Very prompt and friendly !
