Officer Helms treated me like I was a criminal after I was rear ended. Told me I should feel sorry for the kid who hit me - decided to take my keys off of the ring (possible good deed), except he "forgot" to give them to me. Had a mental breakdown and became very paranoid after car was released from tow yard and I was given one key. Dispatcher Allison found my keys and I am very greatful that she found my keys. Thank you Allison. Upon retrieving my keys I immediately noticed one of them was bent, not bad but it was clearly bent out of shape. Based upon the fact that I had to drive to Castle Rock to get my keys CSP gets one star. The one star is because of the dispatcher. Jesus will soon put an end to all corruption and we will no longer have to seek justice from any human.

Do not count on them for anything. All they care about is getting off the phone with you when you try and call them in. I got ran off the road and almost pushed into the median. I called in and tried to talk to dispatch do not count on them for anything. All they care about is getting off the phone with you when  you're trying to report an emergency. I call them because I was ran off the road by a car. Obviously drunk! Went from the far right all the way to the far left lane almost at the center median and then came back to me and almost hit me. I call Dan and within 12 seconds  The dispatch  disconnected the phone. What's it take for them to actually care? Somebody dying? I didn't turn on my scanner to listen. I know that my area is one Charlie, I listen to it in the dispatcher said all one  Charlie cars  And then said never mind disregard. So they didn't even care. Glad to know that my safety is number one.
