I have been going to State Road Family Practice for about 3 years now. I am always seen within minutes of arriving. I have always seen Jennifer Tessman. She is very helpful and ALWAYS listens to my concerns. She has been very helpful with anything I needed. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I will continue to go here. I highly recommend going here.

If you make an appointment, don't ever expect to be taken back on time.  It feels like they don't ever consider your time as valuable.  I keep coming back because I love my Nurse Practioner, Donna.

I've been going here since I was a kid and always see Donna (the saving grace for this establishment). After being canceled on for my visit, rescheduled with Dr.Marty (because I needed a specific day and he was the only availability) and then canceled on again last minute I was frustrated. After calling in and being spoken down to and belittled by Tonja (who has zero manners or people skills) when trying to make another appointment - and being asked what dept I called, told no one called me bc everything is closed,etc.  I don't think I'll be returning. If people don't want to do their jobs and would rather waste my time I will take my business elsewhere.

If you do not enjoy your job then retire or find another calling. Dr Matt just churns patients in and out. You're lucky if he will spend 5 minutes with you. God forbid you do your own research or ask questions as he will try to make you feel stupid. He does not give a damn about your health history and even less in trying to diagnose you. I have stopped going here and urge others to do so too. Your health is one of the most important things you can have and this man does not make you feel like your health is important.

I do not go to this practice,  but my elderly parents do.  Do not care for Dr. Matt's bed side manner.  Seems very uninterested in my dad's well being.  Doesn't offer much help. He has a very condescending attitude.  My dad won't change doctors because it's what he is used to all these years.  It is also horrible trying to get ahold of anyone or make appointment.  We called the answering services and asked.to have a nurse or doctor call us because my father was having health issues. No one EVER called us back. They didn't even have it noted anywhere that I had called.
