State Wide Real Estate of Houghton (SWOH) is the local, Keweenaw-based franchise for State Wide Real Estate. The Houghton franchise was established in the 1960s, and has long served the residents of the Copper Country with the full range of real estate agency services. The Houghton office is located at the corner of Shelden (US-41) and Huron Streets in the corner of the same block as the former Lode Movie Theater. State Wide of Houghton has been in the 500 block of Shelden for over 15 years.

Our office is staffed by 11 agents that pride themselves in having a group of agents that are generally college educated, fully participate in the recreational opportunities afforded by the Keweenaw Peninsula, and are prepared to assist you in buying or selling your piece of the Copper Country. State Wide has 25 offices scattered through-out the Upper and Lower Peninsula’s of Michigan, with one office located in Marinette, Wisconsin, just across the border of Michigan’s Upper Peninsula.
