Service in this market Stater Brothers was very upsetting today. Let's begin with the very long lines that build up with only two registers open, this happens constantly. Today on October 4th 5 30 p.m. the lines got so extreme two additional registers were opened after waiting for a while. As soon as those additional registers opened one of the employees raced to beat me and get in front of the line. This kind of behavior cannot be compared to any measure of good customer service. Customer service, when you are an employee, whether or not you are on your break or working should be NUMBER 1. Every other Stater Brothers I go to has exceptional service. I am forced to come here because it is the only Stater Brothers near my home and closest market. I don't mention the name of the woman because I was so upset I did not even bother to look at her name tag. I don't think this person should be fired which is why I won't even bother to find out her name. But I do think employees should at least be better trained than that.

Those people in the deli don't know what their doing...when they put a soup out, they don't know what kind their putting out and don't put the right label out with it! and when you tell them it's the wrong one, they tell you it IS the right one and don't believe you!....Very poor customer service

Have been shopping here literally since the day they opened. They have a nice full butcher case and cut meats right in the store. Nice convenient store. Prices are a little high.
