Story

We are accepting new patients by appointment for primary care/family medicine services for all ages. Our facility is high-tech with a fully functioning Electronic Medical Record system. We provide many services in-house including labs, lung function tests, in home sleep studies, EKG's, exercise stress tests, minor skin procedures such as stitches, mole removal and wart freezing, as well as ingrown toenail removals. We also offer diet teaching for weight reduction and diabetic management.

Drs. Smith and Purvis are certified to perform DOT Physicals as well as FAA Physicals, Classes II & III.

We offer walk-in "sick" appointments for established patients:

Mon. - Fri. 7:45 a.m. to 8:45 (first-come/first-serve; limited availability)
Saturdays 8:30 a.m. until ? (first-come/first-serve; limited availability)
